The nectarine is a fruit much like the peach, It has a brightly coloured thin smooth skin, It has a flavour so fine that it is named after nectar, the legendary drink of classical gods. It encloses a single large seed, It has a firm flesh , The flesh is generally yellow and the skin is red and yellow .
