POMEGRANATE

The pomegranate is the fruit of a plant raised in warm climates, The fruit is about the size and shape of a large orange and has a hard outer skin, It has a deep gold-red colour. The fruit  contains many seeds. Each seeds is inside a layer of crimson pulp which has a pleasant refreshing taste. pomegranates come in several varieties. Its juice is very tasty and rich in vitamin C and good source of dietary fibre.
